Shipping cost within 5 to 20 working days: € 15, 00 Free shipping on orders over €250 Europe Shipping cost within 7 to 20 working days: € 25 Free shipping on orders over €300 International shipping Shipping cost within 7 to 30 working days: € 40 Free shipping on orders over €600 Products that are out of stock can be ordered and will be delivered within a maximum of 1 month, as the product will be made exclusively for you. The products will be sent and delivered by hand to the buyer or authorized person, if the buyer authorizes the carrier to leave the package at a point outside your home, bono|bono will not be responsible for the loss or theft of the same.  

RETURNS

bonoIbono offers you the possibility of returning your item within 14 calendar days of delivery date, as long as the products are in perfect state and not worn. For that purpose:

  • All items should have their original label and they should be in their original state.
  • Clients are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • You should take into account that item colors can vary according to screen calibration and resolution.
  • Once we have verified the state of the item, we will issue the refund, charging the client with shipping costs.

SIZE, COLOR OR DIFFERENT PRODUCT CHANGE

If you want to change the size, color or a different product, you should contact us by email in info@bonobono-online.com, make a new online purchase and make a feedback for the item you returned.
